Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Shipping

We offer shipping within Singapore via courier at a flat rate of SGD 6. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. If you require expedited delivery, please email us at kakigen.studio@gmail.com to arrange for special handling.

Returns & Refunds

As each piece is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind. All sales are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, in the unlikely event that our crafts is damaged during shipment, we will offer a refund or replacement. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at kakigen.studio@gmail.com. Kindly retain all packaging and include your order number in your email. Additionally, please provide a detailed description of the defect or damage along with clear photos or a video for our reference. Our team will carefully assess the case and notify you via email regarding the next steps, including whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

All products are generally non-refundable as they are final sales. However, if any item in your order is out of stock at the time of packing, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

Photography and Measurements

Each design is carefully photographed, and while we do our best to capture the unique beauty of each piece, please note that there may be slight variations in color and measurements between individual items. As each piece is handcrafted, these natural differences are a part of the charm.

Lighting and viewing conditions can also cause slight variations in how the piece appears. Please take this into account when ordering online.
